Decades-Old Grudge Leads to Torched Cars at Indiana Dealership

We’ve listened to of keeping grudges, but what happened at an Indiana car dealership a short while ago has established our minds on fire.
Fort Wayne is exactly where 79-year-previous Dewey Frederick was apparently sufficiently fired-up by a 1986 sale that he lit 4 cars and trucks throughout two automobile lots owned by the O’Daniel Automotive Group ablaze.
Frederick procured a Jeep from O’Daniel way back in the heyday of hair metal and claimed it had a terrible engine and that the vendor team under no circumstances rectified the problem. His extensive-simmering grudge led to $82,800 in hurt, with a 2019 Jeep Compass, 2020 Jeep Cherokee, and 2013 GMC Acadia being torched. It all started off with a highway flare dropped into the Compass’s gas-filler line.
Apparently not content material, Frederick drove to the other lot and dropped another highway flare into a Pontiac Solstice, cutting the roadster’s roof to do so.
Frederick’s anger did not just flare up right after a long time on the again burner — he seemingly super-glued the locks on his Jeep way again in the day.
According to the Washington Article, Frederick was “charged Saturday with 4 counts of arson and now faces 8 to 48 a long time in prison if convicted of all four felonies.”
He also seemingly said that “it was time for the chickens to return to roost”.
Frederick’s individual return to the dealership seems to have finished with him finding roasted.
