Attorney charged with phone harassment after his jet was repossessed and his associate tweeted resignation

Well known San Antonio attorney Martin Phipps is experiencing a prison misdemeanor demand and issues by a previous legislation associate who resigned on Twitter.

Phipps, 51, was arrested Monday on a misdemeanor demand of phone harassment. He was accused of sending additional than 40 digital messages to a lady who fled to Mexico, allegedly because she feared for her everyday living, according to an arrest warrant and resources cited by KENS5, the San Antonio Express-Information, KSAT and Law360.
