California mothers and fathers capture intercourse offender standing in 5-year-previous girl’s bed room, authorities say
A California mother and father subdued and duct-taped a registered sex offender who they caught standing in their 5-yr-aged daughter’s bed room early Tuesday right after he broke in as a result of a window, authorities claimed.
The moms and dads caught a gentleman, who deputies later recognized as 39-year-old registered sexual intercourse offender Daniel Diaz, prowling outdoors their house in Grayson all over 5 a.m., FOX40 Sacramento claimed, citing the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Place of work.

The family told area news stations the male was looking as a result of their home windows and touching himself.
“He was in the residing home window hoping to peek in and he was grabbing his non-public areas and just on the lookout all-around,” the girl’s mom Martha Zepeda informed WLTX-Tv in Spanish through a translator.
Daniel Diaz, 39, was arrested outdoors the dwelling in Grayson early Tuesday, authorities explained.

But the father missing sight of the gentleman as he walked all around the outdoors of the house, in accordance to the relatives, until they read a loud sounds occur from their 5-calendar year-outdated daughter’s bed room.

Diaz, a registered intercourse offender on the Megan’s Legislation website, was convicted in 2009 of assault with intent to dedicate rape in 2009 and unveiled in 2018, in accordance to regional stations.
Diaz was arrested and charged with kid endangerment, residence invasion, and peeping and prowling. He was remaining held on $150,000 bond, according to on line jail information.
