Christmas lights 2020: 16 more holiday house displays to check out on Staten Island

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Advance/SILive.com has been searching for the most over-the-top holiday house decorations, and these Staten Islanders did not disappoint.

Homeowners have gone above and beyond with their Christmas displays this year. We’ve already visited 15 beautiful homes this holiday season. Here are 16 more that deserve some shine before it’s too late.

1. 57 Llewellyn Place, West Brighton

This home has nutcrackers, Santa’s sleigh and a nativity set on its lawn.

2. 354 Arlene St., Graniteville

The glowing green wreath is the highlight of this home’s decorations.

3. 238 Merrill Ave., Graniteville

A snowman decoration brightens this house’s lawn.

4. 47 Berglund St., Graniteville

The angel, nativity set and glowing “Merry Christmas” sign are wholesome.

5. 327 Willow Road E., Willowbrook

An inflatable Olaf from Disney’s “Frozen” is among the decorations, which also include snowmen, gingerbread men and Santa Claus.

6. 11 Hawthorne Ave., Westerleigh

Santa’s sleigh was enough to land this home on the list.

7. 59 Hawthorne Ave., Westerleigh

These wooden carvings of Disney characters appear to be homemade.

8. 63 Canterbury Ave., Willowbrook

The miniature Christmas trees lining the walkway to this home are too cute to ignore.

9. 392 Arden Ave., Arden Heights

This home embraces its inflatables, including Olaf from Disney’s “Frozen,” the Grinch, Mickey and Minnie and the Minions from Universal’s “Despicable Me.” Characters from Sesame Street also were spotted on this lawn.

10. 520 Sheldon Ave., Annadale

This home is covered in white lights and features a nutcracker on either side of the front door.

11. 162 Heenan Ave., Annadale

The residence was home to horror movie characters and clowns during the Halloween season. Now, a Santa statue, inflatable snowmen, nutcrackers and animated characters are stationed outside.

This home is loaded with inflatable decorations, including a “Merry Christmas” sign in front of the driveway.

13. 279 Getz Ave., Eltingville

This South Shore home features several Hanukkah decorations.

Snoopy appears to be a household favorite here.

This Santa sits among bushes covered in lights.
