A second arrest has been designed in the investigation into a Georgia toddler’s dying.
The Sandy Springs Police Department mentioned in a push launch that they issued an arrest warrant for 29-year-previous Kirstie Flood’s boyfriend, 28-calendar year-old Jeffrey Scott Meyers of Sandy Springs.
