Guy accused of capturing intoxicated trespasser faces voluntary manslaughter rates

A Tennessee homeowner was arrested and is dealing with voluntary manslaughter prices just after allegedly shooting and killing an intoxicated person who was in the homeowner’s lawn.  

Police responded to a dwelling in Morristown on Wednesday soon after experiences of an intoxicated male at the home. The property owner, Thaddeus Wallace, 53, and the intoxicated male commenced fighting, according to law enforcement, which then escalated to gunfire.

Wallace was arrested and faces charges of voluntary manslaughter.
