Jennifer Gray recalled the 1987 auto crash she and Matthew Broderick were involved in that killed two women.

Grey, 62, spoke about the incident in an interview with Enjoyment Tonight’s Paige Gawley revealed Thursday following the release of her new memoir, “Out of the Corner.” She wrote in the memoir that the vehicle crash transpired a couple weeks before the “Soiled Dancing” premiere whilst the pair have been driving collectively in Ireland.

“The auto accident in Eire was, I would say, top rated three traumas of my lifetime, perhaps top rated 1,” Grey explained to ET. “It is really really difficult to describe when you have a near-loss of life experience and are existing for the loss of life of other folks. Currently being by itself on a region street in the center of nowhere with nobody else all around or acutely aware was pretty terrifying.”

Gray ongoing that the auto incident prompted “so several other points” in her existence.

“I was the sole living witness, simply because Matthew experienced survived, but he was unconscious and had amnesia and was incredibly badly wounded. I imagined he was dead,” Gray told ET, introducing that she at first didn’t notice there have been fatalities.

“I did not even know there ended up two other ladies who have been tragically killed at the time. It really is just one thing that you just you should not arrive back from in the same way,” Gray said.

Gray also defended Broderick, who was driving the car, including that they had been sober at the time of the incident.
