Overview:
James, McElroy & Diehl, P.A. a full-service Charlotte law firm is seeking a candidate for the position of a legal assistant in civil litigation. We are looking for a team player who is committed to delivering the highest quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities include typing; answering phones; scheduling; State and Federal court filings for North Carolina and South Carolina as well as Bankruptcy filings; assist with pleadings and discovery; issuing subpoenas; assist with trial prep, depositions and mediations; communicate with clients and witnesses.
